- A two-day course with main emphasis on raising participants' awareness of their leadership/team/personal behavioural styles.
- Participants complete the Adfen E-Scale Questionnaire and receive an in-depth, confidential, written report.
- Opportunity for participants to work through their own Adfen E-Scale report in detail.
- Focus on having participants create in-depth understanding of their own strengths and challenges as leaders/team members.
- Individuals & teams clarify their own development programmes.
