  • Participants complete the Adfen E-Scale Questionnaire and receive an in-depth, confidential, written report.
  • Opportunity for participants to work through their own Adfen E-Scale report in detail.
  • Focus on having participants create in-depth understanding of their own strengths and challenges as leaders/team members.
  • Individuals & teams clarify their own development programmes.
